Hi, this is from Bllizard ravaged DC. Metro area.For all pet lovers,the sodium cloride we use to melt the snow is BAD! for your animals. The salt will get into their PAWS and burn like HELL. Do not let them walk on it. If their nose start sniffing the ground where salt has been spreaded it will burn them and they will bury their heads in the snow to try to put out the pain(burning).

 Carry your pets over the salt  and then let them walk or do their business.

Attention is the fixing our minds, intently and earnestly upon some particular object while shuting out consciously, other thoughts.  By oncentrating our minds, we gain a high degree of clearness, which acts as a channel thru which knowledge flows.  All of our memory of stored facts and past asociations surrounding the mind energies we are using, forming new combinations and knowledge.

#3-Rhythmic Breathing.  This breath control is used to stimulate the nerve energy currents, running along both sides of the spine.  It produces mental action, nerve force and is caled the Pingala and Ida.  This is the seat of your psychic mind power, a development that produces super mind power.
