Hi, this is from Bllizard ravaged DC. Metro area. For all pet lovers, the sodium cloride we use to melt the snow is BAD! for your animals. The salt will get into their PAWS and burn like HELL. Do not let them walk on it. If their nose start sniffing the ground where salt has been spreaded it will burn them and they will bury their heads in the snow to try to put out the pain(burning).
Carry your pets over the salt and then let them walk or do their business.
A PET LOVER myself,sheiksavageel
